Brief: Experienced Trades and Labour consultant to develop established business and to drive it forward into new areas. This is a potential management opportunity for the right individual.
Company:
One of the largest independent Agencies in the UK, supplying specialist staff through several trading companies each recruiting into niche markets. Operating out of locations across the Country this organisation invests heavily in staff training and development through all stages of a career.
Role:
Established division needs leadership and development, would suit a strong senior consultant or experienced team leader. London market knowledge is a definite bonus as is experience of managing a team.
Full life cycle consultancy, developing business, managing accounts and building candidate database. Existing candidate database to work with and further develop, client synergies with other areas of business, construction trades and fit-out.
Responsibilities:
Build and promote clients presence in London and home counties, develop database and win new business.
Salary and Benefits:
To Ј30,000 with potential for car allowance, OTE earnings around double salary.
